Econ-Solutions ECON
A growing demand for low-cost customized solutions in CO2 and O2 control
demands a modular approach that integrates essential, high-quality Haffmans
components in existing brewery applications. With proven Haffmans solutions, one can build up its own suitable solution. |

CO2 4U-System CO24U
The CO2 4U-System is a skid-mounted system for upgrading the quality of CO2
for existing CO2 Recovery Plants. CO2 4U qualifies by:
• Unique: Unique in design, operation, performance and efficiency.
• Universal: Applicable at various kinds of CO2 plants.
• Upgrade: Improves CO2 quality.
• Unit: A compact plug-and play unit, easy to install and commission. |

Heat Recovery System HRS-LiquiVap
The CO2 recovery process requires energy to condense the recovered CO2
from fermentation. In the CO2 vaporisation process, prior to CO2 consumption,
energy is required to vaporise the CO2. The Haffmans HRS-LiquiVap Serie of
Heat Recovery Systems combines these two energy intensive processes into one
efficient process. The combined total energy consumption is reduced by up to60% in comparison with a traditional CO2 plant. |
 |
Heat Recovery System HRS-Direct
The Heat Recovery System (Direct) enables the brewery to recover energy by
evaporating CO2 by means of glycol, ice-water or cooling water. This system will
reduce the evaporation costs as well as the costs to cool down glycol, ice-water
or cooling water. |
 |
Heat Recovery System HRS-Indirect
The Heat Recovery System (Indirect) enables the brewery to recover energy
by evaporating CO2 by means of NH3. This system will reduce the evaporation
costs as well as the operational costs at the central brewery NH3 system. Anintermediate loop is installed to avoid cross contamination. |
